Policy Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that E&E Medical Supplies Ltd has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain. This policy applies to all persons working for E&E Medical Supplies or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels including directors, third-party representatives and business partners.

E&E Medical Supplies Ltd provides essential healthcare products to practitioners, patients and general public throughout the UK and EU.
Our Commitments
Modern slavery is a crime and encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour which a violation of human rights. E&E Medical Supplies has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and relationships and to putting and enforcing effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within our business or in any of our supply chains. We expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards. If we find that other individuals or organisations working on our behalf have breached this policy, we will ensure that we take appropriate action. This may range from considering terminating our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if this policy is breached.
